Our Loan Process
Convenient Loan Process From Your Home or Office
Our decade of experience and use of automated technology allows us to close your loan quickly and easily. Your Loan Consultant is available by phone and e-mail from start to finish. Our website's Loan Status system offers you real-time updates and more.
STEP 1: Start online or by phone for flexible loan options.
STEP 2: Please send all required documents to your personal Loan Consultant. Please use the links below for a list of required documents based on the type of loan:
STEP 3: Your personal Loan Consultant will call you to discuss your loan options and answer all your questions.
STEP 4: Loan approval conditions are satisfied and a signing appointment at your home or office is scheduled.
STEP 5: Any final loan approval conditions are satisfied and your loan is funded. Congratulations! Funds due will be disbursed to you and/or creditors by wire or overnight service. You will also receive a Customer Satisfaction Survey to let us know how we performed.

Home Refinance Documents

- All pay stubs for the most recent 30 days.
- W-2 Forms for the past two years.
- If more than 25% of your earned income is from self-employment, commissions, bonuses, or you own rental
property, or you own 25% or more of a company, include copies of complete federal tax returns with all schedules for the
two most recent tax years. If you choose to get a No Income Verification loan, please do not send tax returns.
- Most recent monthly statement/coupon for all home loans.
- Current Declaration Page of Hazard Insurance Policy.
Home Purchase Documents
